Program Coordinator
Katelynn is the Program Coordinator for the GO FAR organization. Originally from Connecticut, Katelynn moved to North Carolina in 2008 to attend High Point University, where she began her journey in education and community engagement.
She brings a wealth of experience, having previously served as a special education teacher with Guilford County Schools for many years. In addition to her passion for youth development, she’s also a dedicated real estate agent, helping families find the perfect place to call home.
As a busy mom of three, Katelynn understands the importance of fostering strong, supportive environments for children to grow and thrive. Her dedication to empowering young minds and her commitment to community outreach make her a perfect fit for our mission at GO FAR.
Executive Director
Sherry Wyche has been a dedicated GO FAR volunteer for years and joined the Board in early 2023. With degrees in Exercise Science and Human Resource Management, she brings a unique mix of wellness expertise and organizational know-how to the team. Her background includes over a decade with Guilford County Schools, experience in corporate sales, and years of volunteer work with local organizations that benefit our Triad community.
Sherry loves her community fiercely and is passionate about advocating for equity and accessibility for all. Whether through her professional work or volunteer efforts, she is committed to making sure opportunities are available to everyone.
Originally from Baltimore, she came south to High Point University in 2001 and has called Guilford County home ever since. She’s a wife, a mom to two young boys, and an expert at juggling it all. She enjoys staying active, traveling, and hosting gatherings with family and friends.
Some fun facts: her favorite color is green, her favorite food is candied yams, and her favorite quote is “We can do hard things”—which makes sense, considering her busy life!
