It is back to school time....and that also means it is time to start training for the upcoming Fall GO FAR 5K.  This year the 7th Annual - can you believe we are in year 7- GO FAR 5K event will be bigger and better.  Race Day is November 14, 2009 at Advanced Home Care in High Point.

We are also launching "RIGHT ON TARGET."  Check out the GO FAR web site on 9/1/09 for your mission and a chance to win a $50 gift card from Target Stores.  (8/24/09)

The 2009 Spring GO FAR 5K race was held in downtown High Point NC on May 2, 2009.  GO FAR partnered with the United Healthcare North Carolina Marathon to provide the GO FAR 5K Family Event. 

The 6th Annual Fall GO FAR 5K was held on November 15, 2008 at Advanced Home Care on Piedmont Parkway in High Point.
