Every child deserves a chance to GO FAR

We're hearing more of those stories: teachers asking for more scholarships than ever before, more schools asking for help to purchase the GO FAR curriculum. Your gift helps more kids at more schools, especially those most in need, discover the fun of physical activity, learn to make smart food choices, and experience success.

You can be part of the solution as we face the alarming epidemic of childhood obesity. Help us encourage a new generation of runners and health enthusiasts.

 

Donate today:

  • FRIEND. $30. With your gift, a girl or boy can train for 10 weeks, enter the GO FAR 5k, and earn a T-shirt, medal and refreshments at no cost. We'll thank you with a fun GO FAR car decal and 10 percent discounts at participating businesses.
  • MENTOR. $75. Your mentor gift covers the costs for an at-risk boy or girl to join GO FAR at school and be fitted with a new pair of sneakers. We thank you with a GO FAR decal, 10 percent discounts at participating businesses, and 2 complimentary tickets to a VIP reception in May 2010.
  • SCHOOL CHAMPION. $250 or more. You can sponsor a GO FAR program at a school of your choice and cover the costs of the curriculum and for as many as 5 children who couldn't otherwise afford to participate. We'll print the school's name with your name (your business' name) on a flag at the starting line and in our print and electronic communications, and we'll send you 2 complimentary tickets to the VIP reception in May 2010.

       

  • SPONSOR. $1,000 and more. We couldn't offer GO FAR without the generous support of our sponsors. Donors of $1,000 and more are recognized on our event T-shirts, banners, and backpacks and in our print and electronic communications.
